What I collect

• What you enter when you book a time with me: usually your name, phone number, email, and anything you add to the booking.
• Texts, calls, and emails you send to my work number or email.
• Anything you choose to tell me in conversation.

This site does not ask for health information. If I offer an optional questionnaire in the future, it will come with its own clear notice before you answer anything.

How I use it

To reply to you, schedule and confirm our time together, prepare for our conversation, and follow up the way you asked me to. Booking a coffee or a personal conversation will not sign you up for insurance marketing.

Who else sees it

• The tools that run my scheduling, texting, and calls (GoHighLevel and Google Calendar). They store it on my behalf.
• 10:10 Life & Legacy Group, when needed to help you with insurance you asked about.
• An insurance company, only if you choose to apply for coverage.

I do not sell your information.

Text messages

If you text my work number or agree to receive texts from me, I’ll use texting to reply and to send appointment reminders and follow-ups. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.

Your choices

You can ask me to show you, correct, or delete the information I have about you, unless I’m required to keep it. Just reach out below.
